We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution of residential and commercial

projects

, ensuring work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1 YRS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Supervise daily activities at the construction/interior project site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation. Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site. Enforce safety measures and quality standards at all times. Resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly. Conduct regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness and discipline. Track project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum 1 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures. Willing to travel to multiple project sites if required. Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred. Requirements:

Minimum of 1 +years' experience in a site supervision role, preferably in villa and commercial projects. Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
