Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site activities for our civil projects. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and team coordination to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure work quality and progress. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain workflow. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the site. Maintain daily site reports and update project managers on progress. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays. Verify measurements and assist in quantity estimation when required.

Desired Skills:

Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Experience Required: 2-5 years Strong technical and practical knowledge of civil construction. Good leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
