Job Description

A Site Supervisor oversees construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Daily Operations

: Oversee the daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.

Supervise Workers

: Lead and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and project requirements.

Coordinate with Stakeholders

: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align site activities with project goals.

Conduct Inspections

: Regularly inspect the site for safety hazards and compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any issues immediately.

Maintain Records

: Keep accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports to track project status.

Manage Materials

: Order and manage construction materials, ensuring a steady supply without excessive overstock.

Problem-Solving

: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including disputes between workers or unexpected obstacles.
