Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction processes, the ability to manage workers, and ensure work is completed safely and as per standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to meet project timelines. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly. Check materials availability and coordinate with the purchase team for timely supply. Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage. Oversee site safety, enforce PPE usage, and manage risk-free operations. Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the project engineer/manager. Supervise measurements, leveling, concreting, masonry, shuttering, and finishing works.
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of civil construction, materials, and site procedures. Ability to read and understand drawings (structural & architectural). Good leadership and team-handling skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Familiar with safety norms and site compliance requirements.
Qualification

Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). 1-5 years of relevant site experience.
