We are looking for a
Site Supervisor
who can efficiently oversee and manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring that design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained. The candidate will act as the bridge between the design studio and on-site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site construction work and ensure adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth site progress.
Monitor material usage, quality, and delivery schedules.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and communicate issues promptly to the design team.
Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards on-site.
Assist in resolving technical or coordination issues between the design team and site team.
Conduct regular checks to ensure the work matches design intent and detailing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years
of experience in supervising architectural or interior construction sites.
Strong understanding of
construction methods, detailing, and materials
.
Ability to
read and interpret architectural drawings
accurately.
Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
Must be able to travel across
multiple sites within Bangalore
.
Work Model
On-Site:
Based across various project locations in Bangalore.
Coordination with the main office for updates and design clarifications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
