We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

with experience in

civil construction and interior designing projects

to oversee day-to-day site operations across

Pan India

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects, maintain quality standards, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities for civil and interior projects. Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth execution. Maintain quality control and safety standards on site. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management. Manage material requirements, inventory, and site measurements. Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly. Ensure proper implementation of interior designs, layouts, and finishes.

Willing to travel Pan India for site supervision.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of site supervision experience

in civil & interior designing field. Diploma/Degree in

Civil Engineering / Interior Design

or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of

materials, construction methods, and finishing details

. Good communication and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously. Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting

is a plus.

Must be open to frequent travel across India.
