Jangid Infra Construction Company is seeking Civil Engineering Freshers for the role of Site Supervisor at our ongoing project site in Halol, Gujarat.
This position offers a great opportunity to gain practical field experience in civil site management, coordination, and client handling under professional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and obtain work permits before commencing site activities.
Manage and process gate passes for materials, manpower, and machinery.
Supervise and support labour management, including attendance and task allocation.
Assist in daily site planning and execution to ensure timely progress.
Monitor, record, and report daily work progress to the upper management.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.
Support client coordination and maintain professional communication.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site procedures
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
