Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers
Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements
Maintain daily site progress reports and labor attendance
Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
Assist senior engineers and project managers in site operations
Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
Fresher to 1 year of experience
in civil construction or site supervision
Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
Ability to read basic drawings and plans
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to site conditions
