Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor (Civil)

to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in

civil site supervision

, preferably in

residential or commercial building projects

. The role requires strong site management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure work quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

daily site activities

and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. Manage

labour teams, contractors, and material flow

at the site. Conduct

quality checks

on materials and workmanship. Monitor

progress, safety compliance, and housekeeping

at the site. Maintain

daily progress reports

and assist the engineer in documentation. Coordinate with the

project engineer, architects, and vendors

for smooth workflow. Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule. Report site issues or deviations promptly to the project manager/engineer.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering

or equivalent qualification.

2-3 years of site supervision experience

in civil construction. Knowledge of

building materials, construction processes, and safety practices.

Ability to read and understand

civil drawings and layouts.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Hands-on experience in

labour management

and site execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
