We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations

at our construction sites. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in high-rise

building construction and a hands-on approach to site management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved

drawings, specifications, and timelines.

? Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of

tasks.

? Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

? Maintain accurate daily records of site progress, manpower, and material usage.

? Assist in planning and scheduling work to meet deadlines and targets.

? Report regularly to the project manager on work progress and any issues encountered.

? Manage material receipts and ensure proper utilization and storage at the site.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

? Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction of high-rise

residential or commercial buildings (Mandatory).

? Proven experience in managing structural and finishing works.

? Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

? Excellent organizational and communication skills.

? Ability to handle labor and subcontractors efficiently.
