Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate/construction supervision

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring timely progress and adherence to project schedules.

Monitor and manage internal finishing work such as flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other interior-related tasks.

Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.

Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at the site.

Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager/Head Office.

Identify and resolve issues on-site to prevent delays.

Verify the quantity and quality of materials delivered and used on-site.

Maintain attendance and labor records.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred).

3-5 years of site supervision experience in real estate or interior finishing works.

Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workforce efficiently.

Proficiency in reporting and basic MS Office skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,436.31 - ?31,022.52 per month
