Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

? Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers on-site

? Monitor construction progress and report updates to the project manager

? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards

? Maintain accurate site records and documentation

? Handle labor management and basic site logistics

? Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

? Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision

? Experience in high-rise construction projects

? Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project documentation

? Good communication and leadership skills

? Ready to relocate and work at project sites as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
