Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and labor, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety and timelines as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and labor teams. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of materials at site. Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies. Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager/Engineer. Support inspections and site visits by clients, consultants, and authorities. Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to stay at or travel to site as required in Goa.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in residential, villa, or hospitality projects in Goa. Knowledge of local construction norms and labor handling. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
