We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor - Civil

to oversee day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about civil work, willing to learn, and capable of handling site coordination.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site execution activities Monitor labor, materials, and site progress Ensure work is executed as per design, drawings, and safety standards Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design team Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Maintain quality control and resolve site issues promptly

Requirements:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering 0-2 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of construction/interior project workflows Good communication and team coordination skills Willingness to travel to site locations when required
