- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship.
- Address any issues or defects promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and issues.
- Prepare and submit reports to the project manager as required.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
