Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day to day activities, ensuring smooth coordination between engineers, contractors and labor
Ensure quality control by rigorously inspecting materials and work quality.
Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage and monitor labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety compliance.
Achieve daily and weekly construction targets as per project requirements.
Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress reports.
Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
Qualifications:
12th Pass / Diploma in Civil
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with exposure to construction industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
