About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

with a strong understanding of civil work, construction processes, and site coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple project sites, ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.

This role requires regular travel between locations to monitor progress, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple project sites. Ensure all civil and finishing works are executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow. Track material usage and ensure timely availability at site. Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports, photos, and updates. Inspect and verify structural and finishing works to ensure accuracy and quality. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively. Ensure all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates. Travel regularly between sites for inspection and supervision.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in site supervision or construction management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and site reporting tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be willing to travel frequently for site visits. Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ?9,077.53 - ?26,891.21 per month
