- Site Supervisor (Civil)

1) Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to supervise day-to-day construction activities at road and other civil project sites. The role ensures work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

2) Duties & Responsibilities :

Supervise daily site activities and workforce Ensure work execution as per drawings and instructions Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor quality of work and safety compliance at site Maintain daily site reports and work progress records Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to engineers Assist engineers in measurements and site coordination Ensure housekeeping and discipline at site

3) Requirements :

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years as Site Supervisor in Civil Good knowledge of civil construction activities Ability to read drawings and site instructions Experience in handling labor and subcontractors Strong coordination and communication skills

4) Education :

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
