Job Summary:

Zooq Films is looking for a

Site Supervisor

with strong

Civil Engineering knowledge

and

AutoCAD skills

to manage on-site construction and set-related projects. The candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out accurately, safely, and efficiently, maintaining the creative and structural quality of Zooq Films' production setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site work to ensure alignment with project drawings and specifications. Read, interpret, and execute

civil and AutoCAD drawings

for set designs and structures. Coordinate with production designers, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain

safety standards, quality checks, and project timelines.

Prepare daily reports on work progress, manpower, and material usage. Inspect and verify construction work for quality and compliance. Assist in modifying and preparing CAD drawings when required. Support creative and technical teams with civil engineering input for set feasibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and understanding of construction layouts. Strong knowledge of

construction methods, materials, and supervision.

Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in

MS Office

for reports and documentation. Willingness to travel to various project and shoot locations.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in

film set construction, studio layouts, or creative structure building.

Knowledge of

quantity estimation and basic structural detailing.

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
