3 - 10Years Experience in industrial civil works

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams to maintain workflow and productivity. Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and timesheets. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the Industrial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide construction staff. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges on-site expediently. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., OSHA, NCCER).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
