Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor (Civil)

with ITI/Diploma qualification and a proven track record in construction project supervision. The ideal candidate should have

5+ years of experience

in handling site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all

on-site construction activities

. Ensure work is carried out as per

drawings, specifications, and safety standards

. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor workforce. Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently. Prepare and maintain

daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation

. Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to project engineers/managers. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget and quality standards.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in

Civil Engineering

. Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Site Supervisor in construction projects. Strong knowledge of

construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage workforce and handle multiple tasks on site.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
