About Groundwork:

We are a niche project management firm located in Chandigarh. We handle architecture and interior design projects for residential, commercial and office spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil works on site, including but not limited to bar bending, concreting, masonry, plastering, etc. Supervise all finishing works on site, including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and stone work, metalwork, air conditioning, paint work, false ceiling, etc. Coordinate with and schedule different teams as necessary Supervise quality of work executed by contractors as per approved drawings Help prepare detailed list of materials required on site, with specification and quantities Check and approve bills/invoices submitted by contractors and vendors

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
