Job Description

3 yrs experience Supervise daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers for efficient execution. Monitor site safety, enforce compliance with health & safety regulations, and conduct toolbox talks. Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to meet quality standards. Manage site resources including labor, tools, and materials to avoid delays. Report progress, issues, and updates to project managers and senior management. Resolve on-site problems, conflicts, or delays quickly and effectively. Maintain proper site documentation including attendance, material records, and work logs. Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and company policies. Support training and guidance of site workers to enhance productivity.
