Looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful completion of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel. Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all company and regulatory safety policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications, building codes, and company standards.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise on the job site, such as unexpected delays, material shortages, or design conflicts.

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, and on-site crew. Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.

Resource Management:

Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary project documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma/bachelor's in construction management,civil engineering/related field.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
