Site Supervisor Description (In Short)

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising daily site operations and managing workers and subcontractors.

- Enforcing safety standards and conducting regular inspections.

- Monitoring work quality and resolving on-site issues.

- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting progress to management.

- Managing resources and ensuring availability of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in construction management preferred).

- Proven experience in construction supervision.

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

- OSHA certification or similar safety training is often required.

The Site Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring successful project execution while upholding safety and quality standards.
