We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Supervisor

to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring all civil works are executed according to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising building and infrastructure projects and a strong ability to manage labor and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, masonry, plastering, and finishing works. Ensure all civil works are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor material usage and ensure the availability of resources as per schedule. Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards on the site. Maintain daily logs of work progress, material deliveries, and manpower deployment. Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Review construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies or needed revisions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of construction equipment and materials. Assist in preparing progress reports and attending site meetings.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum

3-7 years

of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of building construction practices, including RCC, formwork, rebar, masonry, and finishing works. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
