Minimize wastage and inefficiency by reviewing quantities of materials received or used during specified periods.
Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all site workers.
Reviewing daily painting work and suggesting any improvement measures.
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
Communicating the progress report to the concerned authority.
Attending any on-site meetings or events.
Site Manpower attendance records.
