Diploma candidates from civil or electrical background preferred.
Going to sites pan India relating to commercial, retail & residential works and construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Candidates should be able to manage a team of craftsman and be able to guide them to execute designer\xe2\x80\x99s vision of the project. Be able to manage complex situations developing at site in a calm manner, focused on resolution.
Execute site according to BOQ, handle client inquires and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a well-organized & sanitized site.
Report updates to project manager and coordinate with purchase manager to reduce wastage at site & coordinate effective delivery of materials.
Knowledge of AutoCAD: be able to read layout\xe2\x80\x99s & follow furniture working drawings, elevations, electrical plans etc.
Microsoft office / basic tech knowledge to make presentations, site update reports, send out emails etc. do basic costing, accounting for their site & inspect & report
