JD of Floor Shop Supervisor

1.

Managing day to day operations to ensure smooth production processes

2.

Have look on absentees' workers with proper reasons.

3.

Ensure health and safety of workers.

4.

Maintaining clean and organized environment.

5.

Managing single group of workers for better productivity.

6.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and team performance

7.

Train and guide shop floor employees to improve skills and knowledge

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in using shop floor management tools and software is a plus.
