Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Site Supervisor

to manage daily operations and site work execution at our construction sites in Bangalore. This role involves supervising workers, ensuring proper site execution, maintaining attendance, supporting billing, and handling site-level issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily worker deployment and attendance tracking Coordinate and monitor site work execution with labor contractors Maintain daily logs, site execution photos, and basic site reports Assist the billing team with work records and attendance Address and resolve on-site labor grievances Ensure safety, cleanliness, and workflow continuity at site Coordinate with the operations/project management team

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) 1-2 years of experience managing construction site teams Good coordination with multiple labor vendors

Must know Hindi and Kannada (mandatory)

Strong communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
