We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior architectural site operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supervising residential, commercial, or institutional construction sites, with strong coordination skills to ensure design implementation aligns with architectural plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth execution of work.
Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the architectural team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and municipal codes.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishing in line with design intent.
Manage site documentation, including work logs, material records, and inspection checklists.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with the design team.
Conduct regular site meetings and ensure communication flow between stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in architectural projects.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.
Willing to travel to project sites in and around Nagpur.
