Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Govindgarh, Alwar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of all construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities and workforce at the site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved plans, drawings, and safety standards.

Monitor and manage contractors, laborers, and material usage efficiently.

Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management for seamless project progress.

Maintain daily site reports, attendance, work progress, and material stock records.

Ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks.

Address on-site issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Oversee site housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Site Supervisor in civil/construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.

Good communication and team management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting tools.

Ability to work at remote site locations.

Education

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
