Evergreen Homes & Properties is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, labour teams, and suppliers
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Track daily progress and prepare site reports
Verify measurements and support billing and material reconciliation
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
Ensure timely completion of work milestones
Assist management with project updates and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer
Good knowledge of residential construction (villas, independent houses)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Basic knowledge of materials, workmanship, and safety norms
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in villa projects or gated communities
Knowledge of measurement books (MB), BOQ, and basic billing
Familiarity with local building rules and Panchayat approvals
