Job Description

The Site Supervisor will manage daily site operations for the successful execution of JJM projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, safety, and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Site Activities: Oversee construction, including pipe laying, reservoir, and pump house installation.

Coordinate and manage site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Monitor & Enforce quality standards, ensuring all work complies with engineering Design, Specification, & Safety norms.

Track and ensure the availability of construction materials.

Liaise with government authority, Local Bodies, Contractors, & community representatives to ensure project alignment& issue resolution.

Maintain detailed project documentation, Progress reports, & support in Preparation of Billing & handover documents.

Ensure proper installation of water pipelines( HDPE,DI, MS), Pumping stations

Plan & Allocate Manpower, material & Equipment efficiently to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
