Job Description

The Site Supervisor will manage daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The role involves labour supervision, contractor coordination, quality monitoring, and smooth on-site operations for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site activities (masonry, RCC, finishing, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for timely task completion and track daily progress.
Manage labour teams, assign daily tasks, and coordinate with subcontractors for manpower and execution.
Monitor material quality, workmanship, curing, alignment, and finishing; report defects or rework needs.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and safe working conditions; support safety implementation.
Monitor material availability, prevent wastage, ensure proper storage, and verify delivered materials.
Maintain DPRs, labour attendance, checklists, and provide regular updates to supervisors/engineers.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision.
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of civil construction activities and ability to read drawings.
Strong supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of safety practices and reporting.
Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, team coordination, and accountability.
