Site Supervisor - Job Role

1. Job Purpose

To oversee on-site installation, assembly, and finishing of furniture projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per design specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination

- Supervise installation teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.

Quality Control

- Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishes to match design and client requirements.

Project Scheduling

- Coordinate with the production unit, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines.

Technical Supervision

- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications.

Safety Compliance

- Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain a hazard-free site.

Client Interaction

- Address client queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Material Handling

- Verify material deliveries, track usage, and prevent wastage.

Problem Solving

- Resolve on-site issues, defects, or deviations from design promptly.

Documentation

- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.

3. Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design, Civil, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in furniture installation or interior fit-outs. Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture systems, and finishing techniques. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

4. Work Environment

Primarily site-based (client locations, offices, showrooms). Requires travel between sites. May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
