Job Description

Eon Infotech Limited is looking for an experienced Site & Store Executive to manage inventory and materials at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of construction materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring materials are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

All civil execution, mention record, billing & inspection Receive, inspect, and properly store materials and supplies at the construction site. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the database regularly. Ensure timely issue and distribution of materials to construction teams as per requirement. Coordinate with procurement teams for material requisition and deliveries. Conduct periodic stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy. Manage and maintain the storage area, ensuring it is organized and clean. Ensure materials are stored safely and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Prepare reports on inventory levels, materials usage, and procurement needs. Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock to prevent shortages.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in Store role, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management and MS Office. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety and storage protocols on construction sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
