Visit client sites for system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Handle printer repairs, cartridge refills, network setup, and desktop/laptop support.
Report daily activities and submit service reports.
Coordinate with the head office for parts and stock requirements.
Maintain client relationship and ensure smooth support.
Skills Required:
Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Hardware or Electronics.
Good knowledge of Windows, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, etc.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Own vehicle.
