Job Description

Prorigo is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining cloud environments for operating a multi-tenant SaaS application. You will work closely with DevOps, support, and development teams to ensure the seamless deployment, operation, and monitoring of cloud-based services. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, automation, security, and performance tuning.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in computer science or engineering 10+ years of software development experience Experience with working in dynamic

Responsibilities

Create and maintain cloud environments for operating multi-tenant SaaS application Work Closely with DevOps, support, and development teams Work with cutting-edge technology in the cloud (Azure preferred). Implement automation to continuously reduce manual operations using CI/CD processes. Be part of a team that introduces new technologies and deploys services to multiple cloud environments and regions. Solve technical problems, guide various teams (internal & external), and continually improve our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, and overall cloud activities and costs. Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and remediation of security issues including internal and external technical communication. Maintain industry knowledge of the latest trends, technology, and practices.

Required skills

Experience working in cloud computing, virtualization and containers experience - Docker, K8S, and more. Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility. Advanced networking knowledge - Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning. Monitoring systems and SLA tracking. Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads. Everything as a code approach. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent communication skills
