What you will do:

Run the production/ Demo/NFT environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.

• Participate in Performance Tests, Load tests and Chaos test on NFT environment - Identify bottlenecks and contribute to environment stability.

• Improve reliability, quality, and MTTR.

• Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.

• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed/Micro-service software applications

• Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline

• Ability to de-bug program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript

• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

• Quick Troubleshooting and resolution within defined MTTR of NFT/Production environment issues.

• 3 to 7 years of previous SRE experience in fin-tech

• Experience in Unix/Linux, SQL and any tomcat based application is desirable

• Experience of working in a global organization and servicing high value/global customers in different geographical locations

• Effective troubleshooting ,analytical skills and ability to manage complex and work under pressure

• Exposure to Logging and Telemetry tool for monitoring
