Site Qa Qc Mechanical Supervisor
Job Description
a) Implementation of procedures, work instructions, welding database covering all aspects of welding related b) Review & approve welding procedures, welder performance qualification, weld inspection plan & documentation c) conduct regular awareness programmes/ training on Welding d) Welder performance Qualification as per WPS. e) Monitoring work as per ITP, QAP and work procedures. f) Weld repair Control and monitoring of welder performance. g) RT films interpretation and other NDT review /witness. h) Witness Hydro / Pneumatic test/ATT. i) Day to Day inspection for field inspection activities. j) Facilitate Project team during selection/evaluation and re-evaluation of mech contractor & Specialized agency performance monitoring k) Monitoring, Analysis of site quality problems (including Troubleshooting) for mechanical activities and taking corrective and preventive actions for effective resolving site issues l) Monthly Quality MIS, Product NCR Management for effective resolution m) Co-ordination with client for inspection clearance.
