Plan, execute, control, and monitor all aspects of site maintenance, site systems, IT, and toll operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures across all operational facets.
Provide leadership and motivation to teams, ensuring continuous on-the-job training for enhanced operational effectiveness and efficiency.
2) Systems and IT Management:
Supervise IT infrastructure and systems deployment to support efficient toll operations and site maintenance.
Ensure compliance with IT maintenance schedules and service level agreements with vendors.
Monitor IT service levels and resolve critical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
3) Stakeholder Management and Compliance:
Maintain relations with the Authority/Independent Engineer regarding project management obligations.
Ensure submission of all reports as per the Concession Agreement (CA) to the Authority/IE and ensure compliance with required obligations.
Conduct routine correspondence related to the project, attend site meetings, and obtain clearances from the Head Office on draft responses.
Coordinate with NHAI, IE, site team, site contractor, and Head Office O&M team for smooth project execution.
Implement Quality Management System ISO9001, ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001, ensuring adherence to quality standards, hazard risk analysis, documentation, implementation, and sustainability.
Implement industrial electrical safety norms.
4) Annuity Management and Client Coordination:
Oversee the receipt and management of annuity payments from the government, ensuring compliance with performance metrics to secure timely payments.
Focus on meeting performance indicators set by the government to ensure annuity payments and avoid penalties.
Act as the primary liaison with clients (NHAI), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timely resolution of any operational issues.
5) Customer Service and Front Desk Administration:
Supervise front desk administration, Point of Sale (POS), and customer services to maintain high service standards.
Ensure prompt service delivery and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Qualifications: Education Qualification: Essential: Diploma / B.Tech/B.E - Civil Work Experience: 10-15 years
