Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Project Execution:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project completion within the stipulated time and budget. Execute works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Ensure quality standards and safety norms are maintained at all times.

Coordination:

Coordinate with design team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution. Attend regular site meetings to report progress and resolve issues.

Material & Manpower Management:

Monitor material delivery, usage, and storage on-site. Plan and deploy manpower according to site requirements. Ensure optimum resource utilization with minimal wastage.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), checklists, and site measurement sheets. Submit material approval sheets, snag lists, and work completion records.

Site Supervision:

Handle installation of joinery works, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, electricals, HVAC, etc. Ensure compliance with company and statutory safety guidelines.
