Site Project Coordinator - Bio-CBG Plant. (Immediate joiner)

Qualification:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering field.

Experience

: 3-6 years of relevant experience in industrial project execution;

experience with bio-energy or CBG projects is highly desirable.

Job Summary:

The Site Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day site operations related to the construction, mechanical and electrical installation, and commissioning of a Bio-CBG plant. The role involves coordinating between multiple contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution within quality and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work at site. Liaise with EPC contractors, OEMs, and local authorities for smooth execution. Monitor project timelines and update progress reports to the Project Manager. Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on site. Facilitate and support installation of key components such as: Anaerobic digesters Gas upgrading units Compressors, storage, and bottling units Waste and slurry handling systems

Site Supervision

Oversee execution as per approved design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Conduct routine inspections for quality control and compliance. Coordinate with subcontractors and site engineers for daily work planning. Maintain site documentation including work permits, checklists, daily logs, etc.

Commissioning Support

Support the pre-commissioning and commissioning process in coordination with OEMs and process engineers. Ensure safety procedures are followed during equipment testing and plant startup. Assist in functional and performance testing of various systems (digestion, gas processing, electrical systems, etc.).

Safety & Compliance

Enforce adherence to safety norms and regulatory requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments as needed. Ensure implementation of site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan.

Skills:

Strong coordination and communication abilities. Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Working knowledge of construction safety and QA/QC procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Preferred Attributes:

Hands-on experience with renewable energy or waste-to-energy projects. Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage site-level challenges independently. Willingness to stay at or frequently travel to remote project sites.
