As a Manager (Technical), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site activities across various regions in India. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing service engineers deployed at multiple customer locations.
Ensuring smooth execution and maintenance of automation and switchgear projects.
Handling projects related to RTU/FRTU commissioning and SCADA integration.
Overseeing erection/installation activities and ensuring project completion within timelines.
Coordinating preparation and submission of required documentation, including completion certificates and reports.
Visiting customer sites for project reviews, progress meetings, and technical discussions.
Managing customer interactions with major clients such as Tata Power, BSES, UP DISCOM, Punjab DISCOM, J&K DISCOM, MP DISCOM*, and other government utilities. Supervising integration and communication-related activities for smart medium-voltage switchgear such as Auto Reclosers and Load Break Switches (LBS)*.
