to manage end-to-end site operations at our hospitality/tourism property in Coimbatore. The role requires strong operational leadership, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to manage teams, resources, and service standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete on-site operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high service quality.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure quick and effective resolution.
Lead, motivate, and supervise site staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations on a regular basis.
Oversee daily operational costs, monitor budgets, and control expenses.
Maintain adequate inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and materials.
Ensure full compliance with operational policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with internal departments and management to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and share insights with senior management.
