Job Summary:
This role is responsible for optimizing onsite customer experiences, managing merchandising content, and driving engagement through strategic design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems, with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution
Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.
Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.
2. Customer Experience Optimization
Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.
Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
3. Content Management & Web Analytics
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.

Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
5. Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in site merchandising or digital content management, preferably in US/UK markets.
Proficiency in MS Office/O365 suite and familiarity with web analytics tools.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
