The Site Mapping Executive will be responsible for visiting project sites, conducting detailed measurements, preparing layout reports, and coordinating with the sales and backend teams. The role requires accuracy, fieldwork experience, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements for tiles, sanitary ware, and interior layouts.
Prepare detailed site mapping reports, sketches, and measurements.
Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for layout planning.
Identify site-level issues, constraints, and deviations and report them promptly.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of site measurement reports.
Assist in material requirement calculation based on site measurements.
Maintain daily visit logs and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and site supervisors.
Ensure safety practices are followed during site visits.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in site measurement/site mapping (preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, interiors, or construction).
Ability to use measurement tools such as laser measurement devices, measuring tape, etc.
Good understanding of site drawings and basic layout concepts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to multiple sites daily.
Should be physically fit to handle fieldwork.
