Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day

site operations

across assigned regions. Oversee

fabrication and civil works

, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines. Read, interpret, and implement

technical drawings

for project execution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle client coordination, addressing requirements, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

fabrication and civil engineering practices

. Ability to

read and understand engineering drawings

. Leadership and supervisory skills to manage site teams and contractors. Excellent communication and client coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites across Punjab, UP, and Bihar.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

. 3-5 years of relevant experience in

site supervision, fabrication, or civil projects
