Job Description



Brief : Manage & Monitor Performance of External Inbound CC Partners. Perform as a functional bridge amongst External Vendors as well as Internal Stakeholders. Coordinate all Partner Management tasks inclusive of working with External IB Partners and Internal Employees. Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing Vendor Monitoring are being accomplished. Help and Coordinate Vendor Processes and Methods. Troubleshoot all Aligned Partner Problems and Present to Management, as required. Identify Process Gaps and work towards improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions. Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with Vendor Management plus produce fulfillment. Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying Vendors , Monitor Contractual Agreements. Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively managed plus contracts are completely leveraged. Prepare Processes for as well as Manage Analysis, Selection and Transition. Stimulate steady Process Enhancement to present increasing Operational Efficiency in entire Business Partner Processes. Support to Explore Expansion across New Business Lines. Regular (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) Interlock/Reviews with Partners on Key KPIs. Candidate should have expertise in SL and Abandon Target delivery through Partner location. Have Knowledge of C-sat and Quality target achievements and CPS initiative. Should have done the manpower forecasting at partner location and Increase Customers self-help initiatives. Worked closely with internal function on process improvement. Key Skill Sets Required: A good team player & highly energetic. Strong negotiation skills.
